Illustrative nightly venue estimates are $3,500 in Costa Rica, $4,000 in Tulum and $3,000 in the Dominican Republic. Meal estimates per guest each day are $85, $95 and $65 in the same order. The model adds planning allowances of 23%, 28% and 16% to venue and meal costs, plus $1,500 for transfers, $1,800 for host compensation and a 3% card fee. These are adjustable planning assumptions, not quotes or statements of local tax law. Actual rates, inclusions and taxes vary by venue and contract. The Dominican Republic case uses Las Canas published starting venue and meal references, which must be confirmed for your dates.
