The Villa
A private oceanfront house with its own pool, set beside the suites at the southeast end of the beach.
It works well for the couple, the hosts or the group leader: close to everyone, with a quiet corner of its own.

- Master bedroom. A king bedroom walled in glass, looking straight out to the ocean, with an en suite bathroom with two sinks, a walk in shower and a walk in closet.
- Two guest bedrooms that share a bathroom between them.
- Bunk room by the front door, with its own bathroom.
- Kitchen, fully equipped, with a dining area.
- Sunroom facing the ocean, with sofas, cable TV and Netflix.
Air conditioning, Starlink Wi-Fi, hair dryers and daily housekeeping. Our chef can serve meals at the villa or with the rest of your group.

Book the whole retreat
$3,250 to $3,750 a night for the entire retreat, 48 to 60 guests, depending on your dates. The villa adds $600 a night. $5,000 a night over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
3 night minimum (7 nights over the holidays). Staff, Starlink Wi-Fi, surfboards and paddleboards are included. Meals are an optional plan at $65 per person per day ($10 breakfast, $25 lunch, $30 dinner).
