Offsite questions

How big a team can you host?
48 to 60 people, in 18 suites, plus the 4 bedroom villa if you add it. The whole property is yours for the length of your stay; we never mix groups.
Is there internet for working sessions?
Yes. Starlink internet (50 to 100 Mbps) covers the property, every suite has a workspace, and the palapa seats 40 for sessions.
Can we give presentations?
Yes. We have a projector and a movable TV mount. Most teams work in the oceanfront restaurant, which has the bar and a coffee and tea station, or in the palapa.
What does an offsite cost per person?
The whole retreat is one nightly price, so the cost per person falls as the team grows. See what a corporate offsite costs per person.
How far is the airport?
Puerto Plata (POP) is the closest, about 55 minutes by car. Santiago (STI) is about 1 hour 45 minutes and Santo Domingo (SDQ) about 3 hours 30 minutes. We arrange two way transfers from any airport in the Dominican Republic.

$3,250 to $3,750 a night for the entire retreat depending on your dates ($5,000 over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year), with a 3 night minimum. The villa adds $600 a night. Meals are a plan at $65 per person per day ($10 breakfast, $25 lunch, $30 dinner). Message us for a full quote.
