Finance will ask for one number: the cost per person. Because Las Canas rents as a whole, the venue part of that number depends only on your head count and your number of nights.

The table uses the starting rate of $3,250 a night. The rate is $3,250 to $3,750 a night depending on your dates, or $5,000 over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. The villa adds $600 a night. Your written quote confirms the final price.
What the venue price covers
- Rooms for everyone. 18 suites for 48 to 60 people, so the whole team sleeps on site. Suites have one or two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
- Places to work. The oceanfront restaurant, with the bar and a coffee and tea station, and the covered palapa, which seats 40.
- Presentation kit. A projector and a movable TV mount.
- Starlink internet across the property.
- Privacy. No other guests on site, so strategy talk stays in the room.
- Staff. Hosts, housekeeping, maintenance and 24 hour security.
What to add to the budget
- Meals. Buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner from our chef, quoted per person per day.
- Drinks. An open bar package, a stocked fridge, or the regular bar.
- Transfers. Individual shuttles or one bus from the airport.
- Activities. Surf lessons, horseback riding or a catamaran day, quoted per person.

- Arrival day. Transfers from Puerto Plata, welcome dinner on the deck.
- Day 2. Working sessions in the morning, the beach after lunch.
- Day 3. Strategy in the morning, a team excursion in the afternoon.
- Day 4. Final sessions, farewell dinner and the bonfire.
- Departure. Breakfast and transfers.
