Las Canas Beach Retreat is rented as a whole, to one group at a time. That makes the price simple: one nightly rate for the entire property, shared however your group likes.

The rate is the same whether you bring a small group or a full family group including children in the bunk room. The Villa is available starting at $650 a night. Your written quote confirms the final price for your dates.

Over the holidays, at $5,000 a night, a full group of 48 pays about $104 per person per night.
What the price includes
- All 18 suites and 24 bedrooms. 12 one bedroom and 6 two bedroom suites in six buildings, half on the beach and half around the pool.
- The Villa, if you add it, starts at $650 a night. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, its own pool, a full kitchen and a sunroom facing the ocean.
- The grounds. A pool and jacuzzi at the main retreat, plus the Villa pool, the open air yoga palapa at the back by the pickleball court, a bonfire area and the beach in front. The cabana beside the beach, labeled Ocean Front Restaurant on the grounds map, is the main space for meals, group events and corporate meetings. It has sofas, a pool table, the bar, a coffee and tea station and a projector.
- The team. Hosts, housekeeping, maintenance and 24 hour security.
- Extras at no charge. Starlink Wi-Fi, surfboards and paddleboards.
What costs extra
- Meals. An optional meal plan at $65 per person per day, cooked by our chef. For a group of 48 over 7 nights that is $21,840 in total.
- Airport transfers and excursions. We arrange both and quote them with your stay.

Can we book only some of the suites?
No. Las Canas is booked by one group at a time, so every booking includes all 18 suites and 24 bedrooms in the main retreat. The separate four bedroom villa is an optional add-on starting at $650 a night.
How many people can stay?
The main retreat welcomes up to 48 guests across 24 bedrooms (max 2 guests per bedroom), or up to 60 people if children are included with the bunk room in Unit 1 (the Villa). The separate four bedroom Villa is available starting at $650 a night.
Are meals included in the nightly price?
No. The optional meal plan is $65 per person per day; group buffet prices are listed on the menu page.
