18 suites, all for your group
The suites sit in 6 two story buildings, half facing the beach and half around the pool. All of them have been renovated, with white walls, wooden furniture and woven lamps.
The 18 suites have 24 bedrooms. Downstairs in each building are two one bedroom suites with no stairs. Upstairs is a two bedroom suite with a balcony. The separate villa has 4 bedrooms and is an optional add on for $600 a night.
Exclusive use of the whole retreat starts at $3,000/night depending on the season.

Beachfront suites
The beachfront buildings stand a few steps from the sand. Downstairs suites open onto a patio with lounge chairs; the two bedroom suites upstairs have a balcony with a view straight out to the Atlantic.
Poolside suites
The poolside buildings sit in the gardens at the heart of the retreat. Downstairs suites have a patio onto the pool and no stairs, which suits grandparents and families with small children. Upstairs, the two bedroom suites look over the pool and the cabana to a partial ocean view. Some suites have bunk beds for kids.

Starting at $3,000 a night depending on the season for exclusive use of the entire retreat, for up to 48 guests in beds across 18 suites (24 bedrooms). Up to 60 guests is available exclusively for family groups using bunk beds. The villa adds $600 a night. $5,000 a night over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. Prices as of .

3 night minimum (7 nights over the holidays). Staff, Starlink internet, surfboards and paddleboards are included. Meals are an optional plan at $65 per person per day ($10 breakfast, $25 lunch, $30 dinner).
