Las Canas Beach Retreat is rented as a whole, to one group at a time. That makes the price simple: one nightly rate for the entire property, shared however your group likes.

The rate is the same whether you bring a small group or 60 guests. The villa adds $600 a night. Your written quote confirms the final price for your dates.

Over the holidays, at $5,000 a night, a full group of 48 pays about $104 per person per night.
What the price includes
- All 18 suites. 12 one bedroom and 6 two bedroom suites in six buildings, half on the beach and half around the pool.
- The private villa, if you add it ($600 a night). Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, its own pool, a full kitchen and a sunroom facing the ocean.
- The grounds. Two pools, a jacuzzi, a palapa that seats 40, a bonfire area, a pickleball court and the beach in front.
- The team. Hosts, housekeeping, maintenance and 24 hour security.
- Extras at no charge. Starlink Wi-Fi, surfboards and paddleboards.
What costs extra
- Meals. An optional plan at $65 per person per day ($10 breakfast, $25 lunch, $30 dinner), cooked by our chef. For a group of 20 over 7 nights that is $9,100 in total.
- Airport transfers and excursions. We arrange both and quote them with your stay.

Can we book only some of the suites?
No. Las Canas is booked by one group at a time, so every booking includes all 18 suites. The villa next door can be added for $600 a night.
How many people can stay?
48 adults in beds, or up to 60 guests with sofa beds and bunk beds, across 18 suites. The four bedroom villa can be added.
Are meals included in the nightly price?
